Welcome to Club Gem Print Co.! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Club Gem Print Co. Club Gem Print Co. operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Club Gem Print Co. is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services.

Many Club Gem Print Co. products are made to order. Because of the nature of garment manufacturing and printing, minor variations in color, placement, sizing, or appearance may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

We do not guarantee that the appearance of a product will be identical to how it appears on your screen.

Product descriptions, pricing, availability, colors, sizes, and other details may be changed at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Club Gem Print Co. reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order at our discretion.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including the product, size, color, quantity, shipping address, and other order details.

Because many of our products are made to order and may enter production quickly, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed. If you need to make a change or request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at hello@clubgemprintco.com.

If we cancel or make a material change to an order, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Products purchased from Club Gem Print Co. are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES, PAYMENT, AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, promotions, and offers are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors.

Unless otherwise stated, listed product prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges.

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping charges, when applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, and account information.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase, including applicable shipping charges and taxes.

Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms. If the terms of a specific promotion conflict with these Terms, the terms of that promotion will govern with respect to that promotion.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Most Club Gem Print Co. products are made to order and require production time before shipment.

Delivery dates and shipping estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays outside of our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather events, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages or shipments.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, damaged items, defective items, incorrect items, order changes, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Eligible returns must be requested within the timeframe and according to the requirements stated in that policy.

Please contact hello@clubgemprintco.com before mailing a return. Items mailed without prior authorization may not be accepted.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including our trademarks, branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, logos, product descriptions, website design, and other original content, are owned by Club Gem Print Co., our affiliates, or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Club Gem Print Co. is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Club Gem Print Co.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Club Gem Print Co., including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Club Gem Print Co.
